Step-by-Step Breakdown: ApparelMagic–Deposco Integration Template

Overview of Flows Included

The prebuilt integration template comes with three primary flows:

  • DF01 – Export Items (ApparelMagic → Deposco)
  • DF02 – Export Orders (ApparelMagic → Deposco)
  • DF03 – Import Shipment (Deposco → ApparelMagic)

You can use the template as-is or customize each flow based on your business logic.

DF01 – Export Items: ApparelMagic to Deposco

Purpose: Export product data from ApparelMagic and create corresponding items in Deposco.

Steps:

  1. Export operation uses a REST API call to fetch item data from ApparelMagic.
  2. Transformation rules applied to format the data as per Deposco’s structure.
  3. Data is imported into Deposco using HTTP import.

DF02 – Export Orders: ApparelMagic to Deposco

Purpose: Export sales orders from ApparelMagic and import them as sales orders into Deposco.

Steps:

  1. Export from ApparelMagic via REST API calls.
  2. Transformation rules apply business logic or field renaming.
  3. Final HTTP import into Deposco to create a sales order.

Key Tip: Ensure order fields like SKU, quantity, and shipping address match Deposco’s schema.

DF03 – Import Shipment: Deposco to ApparelMagic

Purpose: Sync shipment confirmations from Deposco back to ApparelMagic.

Steps:

  1. Flow is triggered by a Listener in Deposco when shipment is confirmed.
  2. The data is processed and mapped.
  3. HTTP import operation in ApparelMagic creates a Shipment Confirmation.
