Use Case 1

Automate the flow of data from your mobile/web applications linked with Stripe or directly uploaded to Stripe, into NetSuite. This seamless synchronization is essential for processing and accurate financial and accounting reporting.

Use Case 2

Efficiently export data from your NetSuite account to Stripe to streamline transaction workflows. This includes the ability to generate Stripe payment links directly on NetSuite invoices. Once an invoice is synchronized, Stripe creates a payment link, which is then stored in the NetSuite invoice record. This link can be forwarded to customers, offering them a straightforward method to process payments via credit card or ACH (direct debit), enhancing the overall payment experience for NetSuite users.

Stripe caps invoices at 250 items, while NetSuite supports up to 10,000. No problem. When a NetSuite invoice exceeds Stripe’s limit, we automatically create it in Stripe using a default item—so you stay within limits without lifting a finger.
