The purpose of the recorded demo below is to demonstrate how the Celigo Shopify-NetSuite connector works. Specifically, it demonstrates how the sales orders and customers get exported from Shopify and imported into NetSuite in (near) real-time. The two data flows are called Sales Order Import Flow and Customer Import Flow respectively.

Functionality Highlights

  • Direction: Shopify to NetSuite
  • Data processing: (near) Real-Time (nRT)
  • Records: Customers, Sales Orders, Cash Sales
  • Multi-store: The connector can support multi-store environment (multiple Shopify stores connecting to a single instance of NetSuite)
  • Field mapping: Relevant fields are mapped by default (includes shipping method mapping and payment method mapping)
  • Custom field mapping: If custom fields are qualified to be mapped, such mapping can easily be done via UI
  • Promo codes: The connector imports promo codes and associated discount amount into NetSuite
  • Cash Sale: The connector can be configured to create a cash sale instead of a sales order; default behavior is a sales order gets created in NetSuite and it needs to be fulfilled, and billed in NetSuite in order to get closed in NetSuite
  • Custom Sales Order and Customer forms: The connector can be setup to use specific custom forms, if applicable
  • Sales tax amounts and Shipping charge: Can be imported into NetSuite as a line item on a Sales Order; default behavior is these charges are associated with the default sales tax and discount items on an order level in NetSuite;
