Advanced Integration Capabilities

Version 1

Order Exports:

Export Sales Orders or Fulfillments from NetSuite to ShipStation with options like adding a default ShipStation store, export on completely committed sales order items and much more.

Fulfillment Exports:

Export Fulfillment data from ShipStation to NetSuite with shipping method, shipping address, fulfillment quantity, tracking number and package weight.

Item Updates:

Based on the item name, the integration forms a link between the NetSuite item and the ShipStation item. Then, updates from NetSuite to ShipStation are based on the ShipStation ID.

Cancellations:

Bi-directional Sales Order cancellation support.

Seller Fulfilled Prime Fulfillments: Import Fulfillments for SFP Sales Orders from ShipStation to NetSuite

Version 2

Orders:

Export orders from ShipStation into NetSuite with options like importing discounts at either the header level or as a separate line item (but not both), the ability to set the shipping cost at the header level or line level (but not both) etc. This version of the Integration App tag NetSuite orders that are ready to be shipped in ShipStation.

Customers:

Export all customers from ShipStation to NetSuite by searching for existing customers by email.

Shipstationa Store List (NM) (NetSuite Custom Records for ShipStation Store data):

Export the ShipStation Store IDs and Store Names into NetSuite custom records.

Fulfillments:

Import Shipments & Fulfillments from ShipStation into NetSuite Fulfillments with the ability to set a default Item Location, Shipping Carrier mappings, set a default Fulfillment status as well as a default Package Weight. Has an additional feature to import orders from only a specific ShipStation store.

Billing:

Create customer deposits relative to Sales Orders imported by the Integration App. An auto-billing flow that automates NetSuite Sales Order billing and generates either a Cash Sales or an Invoice with a partial billing feature as well.
