YOUR RETURNLY TO LOOP MIGRATION PLAN

“Today marks a big day for Loop and an even bigger day for the return management ecosystem.” That’s how Jonathan Poma began his blog post welcoming Returnly’s 1,500+ customers to sign up for Loop Returns. Affirm has decided to sunset their platform and will end service early October of this year.

So, what does this mean for customers that currently run Returnly and are using Nova Module/Celigo to connect to NetSuite? While this will cause disruption, working with Loop Returns, Affirm/Returnly and our partners at Celigo, we would like you to know your options and make this as smooth as possible.

When does my business need to be off the Returnly platform?

Affirm has notified customers that they will discontinue the service in early October.

There are many RMS (Returns Management Solutions) on the market. You should choose what is right for your business. We recommend Loop Returns. We have worked with hundreds of customers that run NetSuite and Shopify with Loop Returns. The product is intuitive and support is great.

Yes! Nova Module, in partnership with Loop Returns, has many customers that rely on our Loop Returns – NetSuite Integration App.

There are some advanced features that are designed to take advantage of Loop Returns capabilities, like Instant Exchange and Store Credit, but the feature sets of Loop Returns and Returnly are very similar, as are the Nova Module built Integration Apps.
